Application deadline: October 25, 2025Cancellations deadline: Teams withdrawing on or after November 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund unless another team of the same playing division is sourced and confirmed.

FAQs:How do we pay for our registration? Payment is by eTransfer when accepted into the Tournament.
How will I know if my team is accepted into the tournament? You will be notified by the Tournament Coordinator by November 8, 2024 if you are accepted into the tournament. You will be contacted by the tournament coordinator either way.
